Infosys to hire 20,000 freshers through Campus in 2015

Infosys said that it was planning to hire around 20,000 fresher candidates from various campuses including universities in the country. The company’s fresh campus hire plan for the year 2015 is in line with what it had done last year 2014. The COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Infosys, U. B. Pravin Rao detailing the campus recruitment plans, "This number would be similar number what we have done last year 2014." He added "We want to hire more people as interns and want them to continue to be part of us. We believe that the increase in stipend (from Rs. 4000 to Rs. 10000) will also help them to have a long term career with us". Infosys generally provide stipend for interns ranging from Rs. 4000.
