IIIT, Bangalore, supported by Infosys Foundation has announced a Post-Graduate Diploma in Software Development (PGDSD) program. This program is extremely unique. The 9-months program is meant only for candidates from socially disadvantaged or economically weak students who are graduates of BE or equivalent having passed out in 2013 or 2014. > The entire program is completely FREE. > Selected candidates would be paid a stipend of Rs. 7000 per month for the duration of the program. > They will receive a laptop on loan for the program. > The program is designed to help them develop strong programming competencies. > Excellent placement opportunities would be three at the end of the program.
