Job Details
Xchanging are hiring for Freshers in XIS BPS Sector for Solan location for Assiciates. Candidate would be required to work on backend insurance process. Xchanging provides business processing, technology and procurement services internationally to customers across multiple industries.

Benefits
-Group Mediclaim Insurance of INR 5 lakhs ( dependent on Marital Status) covering Self, spouse and 2 children
-Group Accidental Insurance of INR10 Lakhs covering Self Gratuity Over and above CTC
-Group Term Life Cover - Sum insured will be 2 times the Annual CTC of the employee or Rs.10 Lakhs whichever is higher.



Education Qualification
Any Graduates

Selection Process:
- Introduction.
- Written Aptitude Test and Typing Speed Test
- Operational Interview
- Final HR Interview

Experience Required
Freshers (0 to 2 years)

Skills 
- Process standard technical/functional tasks with minimal supervision.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Good Aptitude, Analytical, & Maths skills .
- Must be computer savvy.
