Job Description:  Backend (Non Voice) 
1.Endorsement processing on P&C insurance policies
2.Providing support to underwriter and agency
3.Meeting TAT & Accuracy Daily/weekly SLA
4.Follow established procedures & guidelines for processing of endorsements
5.Investigate and resolve customer/agency/underwriters queries
6.Calculating premium impact of the endorsements and report out
7.Communicating with customers through email & Web service request.

Skill Sets:  
1.Good written, comprehension and verbal communications skills.
2.Proficiency in MS Office
3.Good analytical and problem solving skills
4.Attention to detail and accuracy
    Education:  BA / B.Com / B.Sc-Non IT / BBA / BBM

    Experience:  0 to 1 Yrs (Freshers) -  More Freshers Jobs
