Instructions 
1. Candidates should apply only through online in the District Recruitment Bureau’s website www.kpmdrb.in
2. All candidates have to furnish their correct SSLC /HSC/Degree Register Number, Month and Year of passing and Name of the Board/University, which issued the Certificate. Any details found to be wrong, the online Application is liable for rejection at any stage.
3. Candidate who has more than one SSLC marks sheet should enter the details available in the marks sheet issued after final attempt in which he had passed the SSLC examination.
4. A valid e-mail ID and Mobile Number is Mandatory for apply through online. E-mail ID and Mobile Number should always be kept in active. DRB will send all communications and messages through the registered e-mail ID and Mobile Number.
5. The details furnished by the candidate in the recruitment specific application will alone take into account.
6. Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Post applied for, Communal Category, Date of birth, Address, E-mail ID, etc., will be considered as final. Candidates are hence requested to fill in the online application form with utmost care as no correspondent regarding change of details will be entertained
7. Before submitting details in the application, they can choose any one of the following mode of payment.
a) ‘SBI Collect’ (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card)
b) District Central Cooperative Bank Challan.
8. Payment mode through ‘SBI Collect’ (Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card) would take one working day for fee reconciliation. Payment made through Challan would take at least two working days for reconciliation.
9. In case, candidate choose to pay fees through the online payment gateway (SBI Collect), an additional page will be displayed wherein candidates may follow the instructions and fill in the requisite details to make payment.
10. After submitting your payment information in the online payment form, please wait for the intimation from the server, DO NOT press back or refresh button in order to avoid payment failure or double charge.
