Job Details / Role
Candidate should have experience in Billing, Order Management and Jeopardy Management in Telecom.
- Should be able to identify the accuracy of charges, highlighting errors/ mismatch under different product packages.
- Fixing the errors and treatment for invoices. i.e. Overbilled, Under billed, Misaligned cases, etc.
- Should be able to perform RCA for the errors.
- Escalate any issues and / or processing errors to management when identified
- Should be able to map charges to the correct tariff codes/ packages
- Assist with issue resolution and coordination of system modifications between departments
- Should be able to report processed error while correcting the invoices
- Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
- Reports Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports
- Driving quality initiatives
Education Qualification
Any Graduate
Years of Experience
1-3 Years
Skills Required
- Willing to work in 24*7 Environment
- Good Communication Skills
- Candidates with Experience into Telecom billing will be preferred
