Job Details / Role
Candidate should have experience in Billing, Order Management and Jeopardy Management in Telecom.

  • Should be able to identify the accuracy of charges, highlighting errors/ mismatch under different product packages.
  • Fixing the errors and treatment for invoices. i.e. Overbilled, Under billed, Misaligned cases, etc.
  • Should be able to perform RCA for the errors.
  • Escalate any issues and / or processing errors to management when identified
  • Should be able to map charges to the correct tariff codes/ packages
  • Assist with issue resolution and coordination of system modifications between departments
  • Should be able to report processed error while correcting the invoices 
  • Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
  • Reports Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports
  • Driving quality initiatives

Education Qualification
Any Graduate

Years of Experience
1-3 Years

Skills Required

  • Willing to work in 24*7 Environment 
  • Good  Communication Skills 
  • Candidates with Experience  into Telecom billing  will be preferred
