Job Details / Role

• Experience in Test Strategy Definition, Test Planning, Test Design Concepts
• Experience in Test Automation tools & frame works
• Experience in Non-Functional Testing Concepts   & Tools
• Experience on Test Effort Estimation, Scheduling and Risk Management 
• Experience in People Management – lead small/large team of testers to deliver projects
• Experience in understanding customer environment and goals and ensuring that the developed solution meets customer goals
• Good communication skills
• Ability to set clear expectations and push back
