*Understand the process of originations and customer service
*Deliver the productivity numbers with the targeted accuracy numbers
*Deliver well on multiple work types and meeting all SLA
*Develop to be a subject matter expert
*Create the necessary documents like SOPs
*Managing relationship with customer
*Involvement in consolidation activities, which will include interaction with multiple parties
*Manage the knowledge metrics
*Drive knowledge initiatives in the process
*Expertise on excel as lot of reporting required
*Good mathematical and Logical reasoning

Skills Required: Backend Process

*Average Communication Skills in English
    Education:  Any Graduates / B.Sc / B.Com / BBA
