Job Description:
1.Ability to speak to customer in APAC region ( Predominantly in Aus, NZ, Philipines) in neutral accent.
2.Need to liaise with multiple parties to seek resolution of long pending issues.
3.The skill to manage customer relationship while ensuring business objectives are met would be highly sought.
4.Ability to understand nuances of cash application process would be an advantage.
5.Skill on prioritization and planning of schedules of calls is required.

Skill Sets: Voice Process

*Good Exposure in MS Office

Education: Any Graduates

Experience: 1 to 5 Yrs - (Are you Fresher ?)
