Skill Sets: 
.NET Developer:
*Should have min 2+ years of experience in .NET Development
*Experience in ASP.NET Framework, C# , MVC, Design Patterns, Jquery, OOPS Concepts
*Good knowledge in SQL server and PL/SQL
*Experience in any of the source control systems and handling IIS Server

Java Developer:
*Should have min 2+ years of experience in Java Development
*Should have good exposure in Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, Struts, Spring framework, Hibernate & Web services
*Good knowledge in Tomcat/Weblogic/Websphere, Javascript, AJAX, jQuery, XML, RDBMS & Stored Procedures
*Should have good communication skills

Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / Any Graduates

Experience:  2 to 7 Yrs  - (Are you Fresher ?)
