Job Description: Infosys Mega Walk-in Interview - On 19th & 20th Nov 2015 for Bangalore location.

Skill Sets: Technical Professionals

Minimum 1 year experience in a L1 / L2 helpdesk / tech support process supporting either standard software applications like Office, Lotus Notes etc. or providing remote support for Laptops / Desktops / LAN Issues / Printer Configuration etc.
Background in support for procurement linked application support would be advantageous.
Technical degree / diploma preferred.
Technical understanding of MS Operating Systems, MS Office, & other basic software applications
Formulate gathered unstructured information to a formal requirement
Good analytical ability
Ability to navigate common user interface elements
Command over English language (spoken / read / write)
Good listening skills - ability to understand ambiguous information, probe and consolidate into useable data
Communicate to the user in a language ,the user is most comfortable with
Demonstrate patience, passion for problem solving, ability to use knowledge bases, tools

Education: BE, B.Tech, MCA, Any Graduates

Experience: 1 to 2 Yrs - (Are you Fresher ?)
