Job Description: L&T Infotech Mega Drive for Software Engineers On 20th June 2015 for Mumbai location.
Skill Sets: Software Engineer / Sr. Software Engineer
Mandatory Skills : Dot Net, C#, HTML5 is optional and added advantage
1. Provide Level-3 (bug fixing) support for BidManager application.
Following client process and using client tools (Remedy) for support activities
Interact with end users/business analysts/product champions to understand issues and wherever required seek approval for resolution
Meet SLA expectation
Perform trend analysis of issues reported for Level 3 (bug-fixing) support
2. Implementation of assigned BidManager enhancements.
Interacting with client business analyst for requirement clarification
Effort Estimation
Development using MS Visual studio 10/12/13 and maintain the code in TFS under clients environment.
Write unit test cases and perform unit testing
Follow iterative development method, taking regular feedback from clients stakeholders and managing the same
Provide regular status and timely risk alerts to clients PMO
UAT & Warranty support
3. Perform Release Management as required by client across different environment.
