| 1. Starting business in a new village a. Village appraisal and preparation of the approval b. Mapping the village and arranging for updating the village master 2. Sourcing of business a. Sending disbursement plan to Cluster Head b. Monitoring of associates activities c. Monitoring the productivity of associate against target d. Appraisal of 100% of the borrowers sourced by the associates e. Completion of documents and dispatch to DEC 3. Disbursements a. Preparation of disbursements documents b. Withdrawal of money from bank c. Disbursal to customers d. Undisbursed amount and processing fee to be deposited in bank e. MERC entry and authorization for respective cash deposit f. Sending the completed PDD to DEC 4. Collection of current dues a. Preparation of collection documentation collection sheet and stickers b. Authorization of MERC entries c. Customer visits during collection cycle d. Meeting first time defaulters immediately 5. Collection of over dues a. Meeting with all OD customers on a frequent basis b. Meeting first time defaulters immediately c. Coordinating with Legal and Cluster Head for action follow-up 6. Foreclosure to be followed as per process 7. Administration a. Adherence to meeting centre working timings b. Maintenance of meeting centre to fulfil all regulatory requirements c. Liaison with FCM and IT d. HRMS update e. Recommend to TM for transfer of accounts between associates in his meeting centre 8. Performance reviews of the associates in the MC on a monthly basis against targets 9. Reporting as per process and requirement 10. Post disbursal verification: 10% per associate | |||
