Wipro Recruitment of Technical & Customer Support Associate - BE / BTech On 8th-31st July 2014. Salary will be INR 1,50,000 – 2,25,000 P.A. Performance Incentives + Pick-up & Drop.

Education
B.E. & BTech (ONLY CS, Electronic, Electrical & Instrumentation), Undergraduates & Graduates
Freshers Or Experienced candidates

Experience : 0 – 4 Years

Skills Required:
  • Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Solving Hardware & Networking Related Issues
  • Technical Trouble-shooting & Customer support to international clients over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
  • Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
  • Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
  • Should be ready to Work in Night Shifts.
  • Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred
  • CA, CS, PGDM, MSc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible

  1. Why MCA are not eligible ? ICet test is same as EAMCET test and also has general awareness. Then why only prefer BTech not MCA?
    MCA is also a recognised course by all universities. So please give an oppurtunity to us....
