Skills Required:
- Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
- Solving Hardware & Networking Related Issues
- Technical Trouble-shooting & Customer support to international clients over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
- Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
- Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
- Should be ready to Work in Night Shifts.
- Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred
- CA, CS, PGDM, MSc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible

Why MCA are not eligible ? ICet test is same as EAMCET test and also has general awareness. Then why only prefer BTech not MCA?
