-Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Support
-Handling inbound calls / emails, chats to resolve technical issues
-Proficient skills in troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
-Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration
-Good communication skills

-Present company offer or appraisal letter
-Experience Letters for two recent employers
