Job Details / Role
Trainers / Senior Trainers (Process Trainers)

Profile

  1. Imparting Process training to new hires.
  2. Conduct specialized refresher Training to existing employees.
  3. Providing training on Soft Skills Training as & when required.
  4. Demonstrating innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.
  5. Maintaining Data as per training Processes.
  6. Create, maintain and update reports, modules and training schedules.
  7. Maintain and publish RYG reports to control training attrition.
  8. Content Development (modules, Training material etc.)


Education Qualification
Any Graduates

Years of Experience
1 to 6 years

Skills Required

  1. Plan and improve training workshops and projects to monitor and groom poor performers.
  2. Deliver consistent, effective and memorable classes.
  3. Call monitoring and giving feedbacks to OJT agents.
  4. Live class observation, feedback collection from trainees, and other method.
  5. Work closely with Ops and Quality team design action plans to plug areas of opportunity.
  6. Responsible for defined training throughput.
  7. Managing retention during training.
