Job Details / Role
Senior Process Executive for AR B2B Collections

Job Description

  1. Follow-up with customers on outstanding invoices via
  2. Phone call/Email
  3. Handling Phone calls and Processing Online Payments
  4. Coordinate with Dispute resolution Team and expedite the dispute.
  5. Coordinate with Cash application team and ensure payments are applied on time.
  6. Ensure escalations are handled, enhance customer experience.
  7. Customer Ledger reconciliation.
  8. Maintain audit trail on customer follow-up
  9. Assigning accounts with 3rd Party and handling queries from 3rd party Collections agency
  10. Managing Bankruptcy routine.
  11. Taking necessary action during Pre/Post litigation stage
  12. Managing small group of people and monitoring daily calls
  13. Be a first point of contact for all escalations
  14. Driving client calls


Education Qualification
Graduates

Years of Experience
3 - 4 Years



Skills Required
Knowledge in Accounts Receivables/Credit Assessment and
Cash Application
Good working knowledge in MS office especially MS excel
Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle Financials)
Exposure to reconciliation / Accrual activities
Sound written and oral communication
