Job Details / Role
Responsible for handling operational procurement, Contract administration and supplier enablement. Immediate joiners are preferable.

Education Qualification
Any Graduates

Years of Experience
2 to 4 yrs

Skills Required
- Good Procurement Knowledge
- Working experience in Interacting with end customers / Suppliers for Purchase order expedition
- Receives purchase requisitions and Create Purchase Orders
- Direct/Indirect Procurement Knowledge
- Trouble shooting customer requests and transform to Purchase order
- Transmits POs to suppliers and follow up for delivery
- Exhibit skills towards deriving savings from requests handled
- Expedites delivery when needed/requested
- Manages goods/services claims and escalation point for advanced customer queries
- Handling amendment requests of Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers for action
- Handling Purchase order blocks and exceptions
- Experience in handling customer or supplier queries over calls and emails
