Job Details / Role
Engineer Operations/Senior Systems Engineer
  • Technical Support ( L/L2/L3) Engineer will be the primary point of contact for all assigned Accounts/Products/Tools. 
  • Diagnose and fix known technical problems for the given set of tools/products supported for the region or accounts.
  • Communicate with customer Point-of-Contact/Partner as well as client's internal engineers. 
  • Need to be flexible to work on other platforms than their area of expertise, open to learn new technologies.
  • Need to be flexible with work timings (24 X 7 support).

Education Qualification
BE, BTech, ME MTech, MCA or equivalent

Years of Experience
1-6 years Experience

Skills Required

  • Relevant experience in Linux Application/Production/System Admin.
  • Possess hands on experience or good knowledge on any of the Linux flavor (Solaris/Linux) 
  • Networking skills- Basic internet working knowledge. CCNA certification will be an added advantage.
  • Basic windows administration knowledge
  • Prior NMS application support and VMware knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Basic knowledge of script writing (Shell, Perl, Python, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of working on Database (Oracle, My SQL, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
