Job Description: Polaris Walkin Drive for Software Engineers On 27th Aug 2016 for Pune location.

Skill Sets:  As400 / BA
AS400 Developer: 
1.Atleast 4-5 yrs of experience in Core Banking, payment Related
Domain experience.
2.Proficient in managing projects in Agile, RUP and Waterfall methodologies
SME - Retail & Corporate Banking, Banking transformation, Mainframe
based Core banking Architecture experience
3.Manage and contribute in Retail Banking solutions design, practice
development, transformation programs thought leadership
Very Good at Preparing Gap Analysis and Functional Specifications
Documentation
4.Strong SME with background in different Core banking solution.
5.Should work closely with technical teams for arriving at solutions
6.Should be conversant with the recent trends in retail banking.
7.Should lead and participate in preparing Proof of Concepts for clients.
8.Strong Retail Banking Domain knowledge with proven Consulting Skills

primarily in Mainframe based Core banking.

Sr. Business Analyst / Techno Functional Consultant:
1.Need Core Banking domain - It will include CIFA, CASA, Deposits, GL'S
Accounting, Fatca, core setup, CASA, deposits retail lending, delinquency
management, front office operations for remittances, clearing & settlements
and cash pooling and  GL reconciliation
2.Implementation Experience
3.Associates either product development or testing
4.Proficient in managing projects in Agile, RUP and Waterfall methodologies
