*Handling tech support calls from customers requiring assistance.
*Provide resolution on all calls applicable.
*Ensure highest level of customer satisfaction delivered on all calls (within / outside the support boundary)
*Understand Home networking and basic computer troubleshooting.
*Basic Computer hardware knowledge.
*Candidate should have an excellent communication skills.
*Confident and self-motivated with positive attitude.
*Good command over written and spoken English.
*Should be open to working in night shifts.
*Transport facility available for both sides.
