Job Description:
-Support Accounts Payable payment processing in a service center environment.
-Appraise the payment Specialist and team lead on any issues affecting the payment process
-Develop knowledge and understanding of payment performance metrics and strive to meet and exceed them
-Participate in ad hoc teams for the improvement of Processes and the resolution of issues
-Participate in training programs specific to the Accounts Payable Payment process
-Provide reporting to Management on issues, projects and payment statistics.
-Adequate understanding of the TDS / Local taxes / Statutory compliances relating to Vendor payments.
-knowledge of processing forex payments would be an added advantage.
-Train / Induct New hires in payment processes.
-Liaise with vendors and Accenture personnel to handle queries and exceptions.
-Participate in regular Accounts Payable Team discussions and process improvement initiatives.
Skill Sets: F&A Role - P2P for Associate - Freshers
*Basic knowledge of accounting principles
*Organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage own work effort
*Good knowledge of standard MS software (Windows 2000 and MS Office)
*Good knowledge of accounts payable procedures
*Fluent in English
*Focused good Customer Service Skills
*Good Communication skills
*Excellent working levels of Excel Functions
Education: B.Com
Experience: 0 to 1 Yrs (Freshers) - More Freshers Jobs
