Job Description: 

• This technical support service position is responsible for resolving issues reported through service desk incidents/tickets reported by applications end users.
• This position is responsible for investigating, resolving, escalating, and tracking & follow up on issues or tickets in a timely manner.
• The work involves monitoring various queues for errors that require immediate response and resolution.
• Customer service and ability to communicate with various support services group globally is required.
• Work is performed under the supervision of the Integration Manager.
• Additional work direction may be provided by other higher-level IT professionals.
• Work is reviewed for accuracy, timeliness, level of customer service, and consistency with policy and accepted practices.

Skill Sets: Application Support


Java, J2EE, SQL, MS SQL, Excellent Communication Skill, Analytical, Sound knowledge in Software testing will be an added advantage

Education:   BCA, Engineering (ECE, CSC, IT), M.Sc, MCA, M.Sc (csc), B.Sc (csc)

Experience:   0 to 1 Yrs (Freshers or Experienced) - More Freshers Jobs
