Skill Sets: BPO Process
*Researching claims, Analyzing Information and Resolving claims.
*Determining actions to be taken next
*Calling insurance providers to get more information
*Verifying payments by comparing them against contracts
*Advising clients on next steps
*Analyzing work and finding trends that can help clients reengineer processes
*Basic knowledge of MS Office and Internet skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Good analytical and mathematical skills

 Education:  B.Sc / B.Com / BBA / BA

 Experience: 0  to 4 Years Freshers (2014 / 2015 Batch) - More Freshers Jobs
