MYNAGHI Group Recruitment Drive for Software Engineers - On Nov 2015


Resolving Access Point installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Invoice printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Provide client support and technical issue resolution
.Software and Hardware installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for end users.Hardware and Software upgrades Network printer and Scanner installation/configuration. Provide technical support to telephone and email requests from users for all PC hardware, software.

Skills Required: 
  1. A+ certificate is a plus
  2. Good English speaking
  3. Training on Windows operating system environment and MS desktop products. Basic knowledge of networking software and hardware and cabling.
  4. Preferable to have any programming language.
  5. Two (2) years’ experience in a similar environment maintaining and supporting various PCs and other computer equipment and peripherals.
