Hexaware Placement Paper & Interview Experience - Freshers

Interview Location: Chennai 

Hello everyone,

I am Prabu from Kolkata,

I attended Hexaware pool campus drive at Savitha Engineering College in Chennai,

Firstly they Divided two section of candidates IT (CSE, IT) and non IT (EEE, EC), don't worry about non IT word it doesn't mean you are going to work with BPO, tech support etc.

1st Round- Written test

1. Aptitude (go through with RS Agarwal)
2. Verbal Ability (go through with Wren and Martin)
3. English proficiency like (Synonyms, Verbal, etc Easy to crack it)
4. Few basic questions of C/C++ programming
5. At last we have got a page to write essay at any topic (anything you can choose as your topic but it should not be your annual project details or any subject related things).
6. There was 75 questions had to attempt in 1 hour and for essay 15 min, write 14-15 lines that is enough.

2nd Round - GD

1. Once we have clear the initial round, they made 15 to 20 people group for GD, in every group max 3 to 4 candidate got cleared.
2. Guys Do major attention to your preparation of GD because chances of rejection in this round is very high.
3. We had to decided the topic but they might be ask to explore your views on any particular topic also so always brush up your communication.

3rd Round - Technical

1. Good command on basic of subjects as well as programming skills
2. I was asked by TR in the area of my project details
3. Some puzzle questions, some logical questions and some DBMS questions e.g. DDL, DML Sql command etc.

4th Round - HR
She asked me typical HR questions like tell me something about yourself, why IT?,  strengths, hobbies. 

 After 15 mins they announce the 1st batch result, my name was 2nd on the list.

Being a MNC employee was my Dream. Finally dreams come true. Next day I got my offer letter as well as joining date.
