Description: -Platinum & Solitaire Service : To manage end to end customer life cycle and maintain relationship with the most premium value segment Platinum / Solitaire across Mobility & Telemedia
-Provisioning Executive :
-Zonal Activation (ZAE) / NDNC : Will be responsible for zonal spokes operations and ensures spoke process adherence. Regularly visits zonal retailers, distributor & Channel partners for training and refresher on our activation process.
