Job Description:    HCL Technologies Mega Drive for Software Engineers On 25th July 2015 for Chennai location.

Skill Sets:  
SQL DBA
  1. Should have worked extensively on Production systems, Installation & Configuration of MS SQL Server 2005/2008.
  2. Apply Patches & Hot fix
  3. Usage of System catalogs on Query Analyzer
  4. Space management including File groups
  5. Managing Transaction log files
  6. User management
  7. Backup and recovery methods using Enterprise Manager and Query Analyzer.
  8. Logical backup and recovery using export/import from one instance to another.
  9. Knowledge of SQL Server 2000 Administration.
  10. Disaster Recovery Plan implementation including Backups & Restoration
  11. Performance monitoring (SQL profiler, Performance dashboard, PerfMon etc.)
  12. High Availability of Database like: Mirroring (Build, Roll, maintenance & troubleshooting)
  13. Replication (Transactional, Peer to Peer & Merge) Clustering.
  14. Trouble shooting database issues
  15. Basic SQL and T/SQL knowledge
  16. Working knowledge of Windows (Windows 2000, Windows 2003)
Oracle DBA
  1. Knowledge on 11g,10g,9i and 8i database creations and software
  2. binaries installations in Unix environment .
  3. Experience in analysis of data tablespace, TEMP, UNDO tablespace
  4. growth.
  5. Knowledge on performance tuning of database
  6. Knowledge on Exports, Imports, Datapump, Rman.
  7. Hands on experience on cloning of databases.
  8. Hands on experience on databases restorations and recoveries.
  9. Knowledge on RAC installation and maintenance.
  10. Data guard and DR Setup
Education:   Any Graduates, BE, B.Tech, MCA, ME, M.Tech

Experience:        4 to 12 Yrs
