Tata Consultancy Services Job Openings for Software Engineers - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


As an Oracle ERP Consultant and Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of an Oracle ERP implementation project to ensure consistency with Client strategy, commitments and goals. Understanding competitive solutions enables this position to properly assess feasibility of transforming Client’s existing custom ERP solution to an Oracle ERP (Fusion or EBS) and integrating this ERP with other custom or packaged applications hosted in premise. The person filling this role must have good experience managing projects from kick-off to go-live. The ability to work with vendors, Client IT and Client Business team members is critical to the success of this role. He must have the ability to multi task and enhance a team environment. Being a team player is critical for success.

Skills Required:Oracle ERP Implementation Consultant and Project Manager 
• PMP certification or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with ERP implementation and 5+ overall experience
• Ability to communicate and work as a team player
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and be able to adapt to changing priorities
• Communicating effectively with team members and vendors
• Ability to effectively train business owners and junior level IT owners
• Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person)
• Driving quality, testing and delivery methodology processes to ensure successful transition and client satisfaction
• Willingness to work regular full-time
• Arabic and English: Fluent


Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 


Experience: 3 to 5 Yrs

Employment Status:     Full time

Education Qualification: Any Graduates / BE / B.Tech / MCA
