Skill Sets: .NET Developers
*C#, ASP.NET, Win Forms, WPF, WCF
*Mandatory skills requirements: C# DotNet, Win Forms, WPF, WCF, ASP. Net, SQL Server, Knowledge in MVVM pattern
*Silverlight, LINQ and some design patterns. SQL Queries, Basic stored procedures development etc.
*Desirable skills : Classic ASP, Silverlight, Entity Framework, VBA,
*Knowledge on SSISShift.
*Willing to learn other technology, if required for project support
