Aventura Technologies, a leader in video surveillance technology, seeks programmers with C++/C# and/or SmartPhone development experience.Work as a member of a project team to code, test, and debug software. Find, analyze, and fix software bugs.

Skills Required: 

1. Strong communication skills.
2. Experience with C++, C#, XML, SQL, threading, and sockets required.
3. Must have the ability to work both independently and part of a team.
4. Experience with image processing and/or video processing a PLUS, but not required.
5. Familiarity with Capability Maturity Model Integration a PLUS
