Skill Sets:Technical and Customer Support Specialist

  • Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solution ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Solving Hardware & Networking Related Issues
  • Technical Trouble-shooting & Customer support to international clients over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
  • Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English skills
  • Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
  • Should be flexible to Work in Night Shifts, as per business requirement.



Education:BE / B.Tech / Diploma / B.Com / B.Sc / BA / BBA / BCA / BHM

Experience:0 to 5 Yrs (Freshers / Experienced)
