Skill Sets:IT Software - QA & Testing


*Strong practical knowledge on HP-Loadrunner /Neo Load/JMeter and HP-Performance Centre 11+
*Experience with tools and techniques for performance measurement, profiling, and optimization
*Performance Test requirement analysis with static testing knowledge
*Excellent decision maker with strong performance architect level knowledge on both technology and infrastructure
*Very strong in design of test framework, load simulation model, load stats calculations
*Very strong in test script development using HP-Loadrunner on (Web Protocol), WebServices (over HTTP), SAP-GUI and SAP-WEB protocols Test Execution and Reporting is a plus-point
*Strong programming level knowledge using Java, C. Preferable knowledge on Unix
*Strong knowledge on Performance Test Environment, IBM infrastructure (servers, components, MQ, IOD), Oracle, network, stub & driver based performance testing
*Good analytical skill on conducting detailed root cause analysis from E2E infrastructure layers and components perspective. Need to be experience in SiteScope, HP-Diagnostics
Education:
BE/B.Tech/ M.Tech / MCA/ MSC
