Job Description
- Analyze business requirements then propose solution based upon Requirements.
- Translates and scopes business requirements, provides and maintains estimates on design, development, test and deployment levels of effort
- Detailed Low Level Design
- Conducts design & development review sessions as needed with Program and Product Mgt and presents alternative design & build approaches
- Designs/develops BO/Jasper reports, workflows and integrations
- Solution Delivery as per the requirements/design during Execution Phase
- Verifying Solution delivered including reviews like Code, Peer etc
- Should support team in implementation activities and during later phases such SIT, UAT etc
- Updates and maintains accurate solution documentation, provides release instructions and knowledge transfer to the Application Operations team
- Participate in capability and Asset building initiatives of the organization
- Should Mentor the team and actively participate in the team Grooming Activities
