-Day Shift working Process
-Verify home loan contracts for an international banking client
-Disburse the funding basis the instructions accurately
-Resolve any incomplete and incorrect information by liasing with onshore partners in timely manner
-Identify opportunuties to improve the process

Banking & Insurance Process(Voice Process) 
-Willing to work in rotational shifts
-Make outbound calls to international customers
-Communicate with the internal & external stakeholders via emails
-Manage and complete the allocated work as per the agreed targets
