Job Details / Role
Candidate should have experience in Billing, Order Management and Jeopardy Management in Telecom.

Should be able to identify the accuracy of charges, highlighting errors/ mismatch under different product packages.
Fixing the errors and treatment for invoices. i.e. Overbilled, Under billed, Misaligned cases, etc.
Should be able to perform RCA for the errors.
Escalate any issues and / or processing errors to management when identified
Should be able to map charges to the correct tariff codes/ packages
Assist with issue resolution and coordination of system modifications between departments
Should be able to report processed error while correcting the invoices
Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
Reports Ability to work on data and generate various types of reports
Driving quality initiatives

Education Qualification
Any Graduate

Years of Experience
1-3 Years

Skills Required

Willing to work in 24*7 Environment
Good Communication Skills
Candidates with Experience into Telecom billing will be preferred
