Job Details / Role
Mobile Application - Customer Experience Specialist

- Test the app both manually and via automation to ensure quality of every release
- Be abreast of technological advances on all major smartphone platforms
- Create copy that forms part of the app content, app store description and website
- Provide technical assistance to users via email, chat and social media
- Curate the app listing on all major app stores
- Coordinate projects and quality related processes with engineering team

Education Qualification
BE / BTech

Years of Experience
Freshers 2015 / 2016

Skills Required
- Expertise on nuances of all major mobile platforms
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication in English
- Detail oriented and has a keen eye for design and user experience
