Job Details / Role

Experience in Test Strategy Definition, Test Planning, Test Design Concepts
Experience in Test Automation tools & frame works
Experience in Non-Functional Testing Concepts & Tools
Experience on Test Effort Estimation, Scheduling and Risk Management
Experience in People Management – lead small/large team of testers to deliver projects
Experience in understanding customer environment and goals and ensuring that the developed solution meets customer goals
Good communication skills
Ability to set clear expectations and push back
