IBM Job Openings for Technical Support Associate: Freshers 2015 / 2016. The role involves in Providing Voice & E-Mail Technical Help Desk Services support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP. Also candidate require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.

Education Qualification
Any Bachelor Degree / Diploma
** (Minimum 15 years education required)

Skills Required
- Connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
- Good technical skills
- Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting

0 to 3 years (Freshers / Experienced)
