Skill Sets: Accounts Receivable and Account Payable process for Associate / Lead Levels
*Possess good accounting knowledge & Business understanding of the AR& AP process
*Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
*Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
*Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
*Issue customer account statements periodically or whenever necessary
*Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
*Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills
*Must ensure error free processing
*Ensure customers are billed correctly for services offered
*Resolve disagreements between the company and its creditors
Education: Any Graduates
Experience: 1 to 5 Yrs - (Are you Fresher ?)
