*Responsible for answering customer calls regarding technical issues and abide by the prescribed instructions
*Installation & configuration of Windows based operating systems (Windows XP, Vista, 7&8)
*Configuration & troubleshooting all types of Hardware, Software applications, Antiviruses & Network problems (TCP/IP)
*Monitoring & removal of virus
*Installing, configuring, troubleshooting and mail backup of Microsoft Outlook 2007/10/13 or Outlook Express Regular data (.pst files)
*Remotely resolving application and network problems
*Mail configurations through net meeting and remote desktop sharing

Skill Sets:  Technical Support Voice Process - (Top BPO Jobs) 
*Very Good Communication Skills
*Basic knowledge on Computer Hardware Peripherals, Operation Systems & Antiviruses
*Flair for Customer Service and Technical Troubleshooting

Education:  Any Graduates

Experience:  0 to 4 Yrs (Freshers) -  More Freshers Jobs
