Excellent analytical, letter writting skills
Good typing skills
Good verbal communication as would required to interact with Client
Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel & Power Point, Excellent Data Handling Skills and Analytical Skills
Must have patience and Ability to handle client conference calls and understand customer requirements
Good Team player- ability to work with cross-function teams, Clarity in communication & fluency in speech
Eye for Detail with a very strong inclination towards Quality, Having prior Insurance Domain knowledge would be an added advantage.
