Job Description: 
Provide functional support for Capgemini Group tools Clarity/Team Forge to all European region
a.Project Set-up, maintenance and control
b.Project resource creation and tagging
c.Project resource rights managementd. Provide support on Troubleshooting
•Requirement gathering and consolidation from the various stakeholders and analyze and provide solution on the same
•Perform activities as iHelpdesk team member
•Coordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
•Helpdesk Services presentation to the stakeholders
•Maintain request / ticket information on INSERE
•Generate various standard reports from Clarity
•Build / Maintain knowledge repository of best practices for future referenceCompetencies Required

Skill Sets:  Project Management Office Role
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
•Good in using MS Office i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Macros etc.
•Good collaboration & Team Player
•Attention to detail, organized, flexible, analytical and with well-developed presentation skills
•Any project management tool knowledge would be added advantage qualification

Education:  B.Sc, BCA, BBA, BA, B. Com, BCS

Experience:   0 to 1 Yrs (Freshers)  - More Freshers Jobs
