Skill Sets:  Human Resource Trainee
  • Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment and selection process.
  • Screen, short list candidates sourced through portals (Naukri, Monster etc) and validate them on their experience and interest on the role 
  • Handle direct, social media channels
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits
  • Arrange interviews and co-ordinate with the management
  • Understand their competencies & skill sets, make them understand the job profile
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge in data mgt (excel) - Microsoft Office (should know basic excel)
  • Should come with Positive attitude, confident, good communication skills, flexible to shifts & target oriented.
  • Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure
Education: MBA Specialized in Human Resources / MPM / Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources
