Skill Sets: Human Resource Trainee
- Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment and selection process.
- Screen, short list candidates sourced through portals (Naukri, Monster etc) and validate them on their experience and interest on the role
- Handle direct, social media channels
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits
- Arrange interviews and co-ordinate with the management
- Understand their competencies & skill sets, make them understand the job profile
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge in data mgt (excel) - Microsoft Office (should know basic excel)
- Should come with Positive attitude, confident, good communication skills, flexible to shifts & target oriented.
- Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
- Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure
