Job Description:
  1. Handling Trouble Tickets in the form of Calls/Online Requisitions/ Emails / Voice Mails.
  2. To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
  3. To log all calls on the call logging system.
  4. Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve and hardware or software problems.
  5. Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected.
  6. Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice.
  7. To allocate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member.
  8. To arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house.
Skill Sets: Systems Engineer
  1. Resource should have excellent communication skills.
  2. Should be willing to learn under pressure situations.
  3. Team Player, high in confidence.
Education:  BE / B.Tech / MCA 

Experience: 0 to 4 Yrs (Freshers )  -  More Freshers Jobs
