Job Description:  Customer Service Executive / Non-Voice Process
  1. Perform Demographics & Order Entry
  2. Process medical billing related back office transactions accurately and in accordance with client stipulated procedures. 
  3. Assess and resolve enquiries, requests and escalation from other department to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact.
Skill Sets:   
  1. Good Communication Skills with neutral accent mandatory for all Voice LOBs
  2. Basic knowledge of back office and customer support. 
  3. Good data entry & typing skills (35 WPM)
  4. Experience in Healthcare domain will be an added advantage
Education: Any Graduation without any Standing Arrears

Experience:   0 to 4 Yrs  Freshers -  More Freshers Jobs
