Job Description: 
  1. Enter information into system
  2. Coordinate with internal branches and other financial institutions
  3. Endorsements on P&C policies.
  4. Providing support to agency.
  5. Meeting TAT & Accuracy daily.
  6. Follow established procedure & guidelines for processing.
  7. Investigate & resolve customer queries.
  8. Calculating premium impact of the endorsements and reoport out.
  9. Communicating with customers through email & Web servive request.
Skill Sets: Backend (Non Voice) 
  1. Good communication skills.
  2. Analytical & Logical skills for decision making.
  3. High llevel attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Demonstrate delivery of high quality output.
  5. Ability to work in a changing environment.
  6. Ability to respond to stretch situations of volume spikes as and when the need arises.
Education:  B.Com / BA / B.Sc / BBA
