Job Description:  "Customer Support Executive" for "Non-Voice process"
  1. Handle customer queries & complaints that come through email
  2. Depending on the nature of email provide appropriate response
  3. Assist customers with the accurate information/resolution via email
  4. Reach out to customers with critical issue and ensure closure
  5. Ensure customer retention by converting disgruntled customers to potential users of the service in future
Skill Sets: 
  1. Excellent written communication
  2. Skilled enough to understand written query to provide resolution.
  3. Retain customers by providing quality service.
  4. Identify and escalate priority customer concerns.
  5. Basic computer knowledge.
Education:    Any Graduates / BE / B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA

Experience:    0 to 1 Yrs (Freshers) - More Freshers Jobs
