Job Description:
• Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to BRD / Functional spec/ Use stories
• Convert business requirement into a technical solution within Pega PRPC and lead a team

• Should able to mentor the team in Pega

Skill Sets: Pega Developers
Primary Skills:
Pega /Pega PRPC
CSA/CSSA

Must Have:
• Should be a CSA / CSSA
• At least 4 yrs experience in PRPC base product with good hands on experience in integration services such as web services, JMS, MQ series and frameworks.
• Hands on experience in OOAD, architecture definition
• Working experience on database SQL programming
• Experience with BPM implementation methodology like SmartBPM, Scrum and onshore-offshore mode. Experience with client facing role at onsite/offshore
• Experience with estimation
• Strong technical leadership skill
• Good communication skill
• CSSA/CMBB/CBA certification

Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / ME / M.Tech / Any Graduates

Experience: 2 to 11 Yrs - (Are you Fresher ?)
