IBM Referral for Associate Software Engineers - Fresher Entry Level BE, BTech, MCA, Gradauates

IBM - Associate Software Engineer, working as part of a high energy team to design and build our new state of the art Human Capital Management products. This is an opportunity to work with the latest technologies including JSF, Groovy and Grails, Hibernate, Portal and AJAX. Working as part of a team that does what it takes to ensure success, you will implement this multi-tier SaaS based application to achieve high reliability and scalability

Experience:
Candidates applying for this job should have 0-18 moths of experience working with Java/J2EE technologies.

Education:
B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech./MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 70%.


Roles & Responsibilities: 
1. Engineer solutions working in Java/Groovy technologies environment
2. Assist in the development of new tools to enhance the software offering.
3. Works in a global project team environment with team members located around the world.
4. Responds to inquiries from project team and technical support regarding functions and operations of client projects.
5. Contributes to establishment of standards and procedures for program design and testing. Recommends program improvements or revisions.
6. Reviews and contributes to software program documentation.

Skills Required
  •  At least 1 year experience in Expertise in Java/J2EE
  • At least 1 year experience in Oracle or SQL Server
  • At least 1 year experience in JSP, Java script, Jquery, AJAX
  • English: Fluent
